Now add the performance date and time in to your diary! Due to some changes at PayPal, your email confirmation receipt may no longer contain the date and time of the performance you have booked.

Your PayPal email confirmation receipt will include your booking reference and transaction details, and will grant you entry to the performance so please keep this safe and present it to the door stewards when you arrive. If you do not receive an email from PayPal confirming your purchase, please check your Junk Mail folder or if you still can’t find it then please contact us.

This transaction will show up on your bank statement either as PAYPAL *ACT TICKETS or PAYPAL *ABBEY C THEATRE TKTS.

Mistakes

People make mistakes – it’s human nature! If you discover you’ve made a booking error (e.g. the wrong day, or the wrong amount of tickets) please contact us. Please do not send us any secure information such as credit/debit card details. We’ll be happy to help.
